ANTENATAL CORE STABILITY

2 Hour Workshop or
4 class Program. 1 class per week.

The workshop and program offers physical activity that is specifically structured for prenatal women in preparation for birth, both physically, mentally and emotionally. The program will help with posture and the demands of the weight of the growing baby, thus helping to avoid some of the common injuries and complaints associated with pregnancy. It also offers advice on fitness & health during pregnancy, giving you the knowledge and confidence of what you should and should not be doing. This Program is run during term time only. POSTNATAL CORE STABILITY

6 classes, 1 class per week.

This program involves physical activity sessions that are specifically structured for postnatal women benefitting participants both mentally, physically and emotionally. As well as restoring pelvic floor function, this program creates functional stability & strength, contributing to trunk, shoulder and pelvis stability. This will help you to reset your posture after birth . It’ll bring a feeling of well-being, promoting self confidence. ACTIVE WOMEN CORE STABILITY

6 classes. 1 class per week

This is for Women of any age who want to build their core strength regardless of how long post birth they are, or indeed even if they haven't had children. This program will help you to get strong and build a foundation to achieve your goals. We also incorporate pelvic floor function and restoration.

WOMENS SELF DEFENCE

6 sessions. 1 session per week.

The womens Self Defence Program is Taught by Sherilee Green under the guidance and support of Danny Macmillan and Danny macmillan snr . The Course is taught at Macmillian Martial Arts academy and follows The ECJJ Self Defence System.

MENOPAUSE FITNESS & HEALTH

1/2 Day Workshop

This workshop is run in association with Bottoms up Fitness and is relevant to women in peri menopause and menopause. It will consist of 3 exercise sessions that are specifically designed to optimise your strength, fitness and health during menapause. These sessions will be interspersed with information giving you knowledge about the effects of hormone depletion. More importantly empowering you to make positive decisions about your health and fitness in these, your best years.
