DIASTASIS REHABILITATION
We can do a Diastasis Recti (DR) Check and from this establish how your post birth abdominals are healing. Having done this check we are able to advise which exercises are suitable and safe for you to do. If needed, we can assist with the healing process by giving you some relevant rehabilitation exercises. It’s all about getting you back to pre-birth strength so that you can return to doing what you love.
1:1 SESSIONS
For those who want a more personal and tailored service. We can come to you or you to us. We can meet in a place and at a time that suits you best. Sessions can be held regularly or, alternatively, you may wish to have a consultation and then receive a program to work on for yourself. The choice is yours – it’s all about you!
